Welcome to PCC 2020

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

With great pleasure we invite you to the 27th International Meeting of the Pediatric Colorectal Club (PCC27) that would be held at Hotel The Lalit, New Delhi from September 4-6, 2020. The PCC conference offers ample opportunity to learn the advancement in science and also exchange scientific views at a common platform with the world leaders.

It is an exciting time for Pediatrics, as we have branched out into various subspecialties, each with a dedicated chapter in the IAP and a robust number of motivated paediatric sub specialists or ‘super specialists’. We have taken great strides in our fields and our results are comparable to any country in the world. This has been possible because all of us continue to adapt and improvise our skill set to the prevailing issues in the healthcare setup in India and globally.

Since long, The Pediatric Colorectal Club has established itself as a landmark annual event that is attended by the clinical and research experts, fellows and the trainees focusing in the practice of colorectal surgery from all over the world. Apart from the Invited Lectures and free paper and poster presentations, there will be a Live Operative workshop on September 4, 2020. Several eminent international experts would be contributing to the Operative Workshop cum discussions in the field of pediatric colorectal surgery.

Delhi, a true historical megapolis city with over 22 million population, is well known for its historical past and modern architecture, traditional culture and cuisine, bustling with traffic despite wide avenues. Social evenings would be filled with Indian traditional events. Weather in Delhi would be quite pleasant in September after the monsoons have receded.

There would be sight seeing tours to Old and New Delhi. Delegates can also plan to join a day tour to Agra to see Taj Mahal. Delegates visiting India for the first time, must spare some time not only for sight seeing but also to get the feel the life of the contended common man.
