Live Operative Workshop : September 4, 2020 ( 8.0 AM - 6 PM)
Free Papers and Posters : September 5-6, 2020 ( 8.30 AM -6.0 pm)
(both the events will be held at Hotel. The workshop would be transmitted Live to the Hotel.

Venue: Hotel The Lalit, New Delhi. The premium deluxe Hotel stands tall, located in the famous Business Centre, Connaught Place, New Delhi with 461 rooms in various categories. The Hotel is about 20 km from International airport and 15 km from domestic airport.

VISA: All delegates would need visa to enter India. Invitations, can be arranged, if so required.

Language: English is the only language, used during the congress and the workshops. There would not be simultaneous translation in other languages.

Registration Counter: It will open on September 3, after 4 pm at Hotel The Lalit, Crystal Ballroom, Ground Floor.

Name badge: All the participating delegates are required to register and wear the name badges all the time during the meeting. Entry to the scientific sessions without the Name Badge may not be permitted.

Speaker’s Room: Slides should be submitted by the speakers at least 2 hours in advance to the speakers Room located in Ground floor, near the Crystal Ball Room.

Size of the Posters: 100 (width) and 120 cm (height), Posters can be displayed in the designated area. Pins/ fixing material would be provided.

Poster Walk: There will be poster walk session at Lunch time on September 5 and 6. The authors are requested to be present at their poster site during the session for discussions. There will be best Poster Prizes. Posters must be removed by the evening of September 6.

Weather in Delhi would be warm with some humidity (25 degree celcius). Rains are unusual.

Publication of Manuscripts: Manuscripts of the accepted Abstracts and submitted by August 20, 2020 will be considered for publication in Pediatric Surgery International.

Airport Pickup: Guests can be picked up by our agency at the airport and escorted to the hotel, if requested in advance with flight details.
